First we mix and cook quality ingredients together, then we whip this to create light and airy marshmallow. Pour this vanilla goodness into a tray and leave to set. Once set we cut the marshmallow into cubes and dust with golden house-roasted coconut.

The toasted marshmallows are so delicious, very hard to stop at one or three, ok maybe four. Fresh and amazing. Certainly worth trying if you’ve been thinking about it. Love them!
