Our signature Peanut Brittle is famous around Australia because it's the best and packed with more peanuts than any other brittle! First we select quality roasted peanuts and mix with sugar to create a sticky caramelised toffee mixture in a big copper pot. This liquid gold is then mixed and spread out onto a tray by hand. Once cool we roller cut into bars and pack ready for you consume or resell.

Absolutely Outstanding

I brought this Peanut Brittle for my father in law as he loves the traditional thick slabs but hasn't been able to find it in years. This product blew us out of the water with the quantity and quality of the product. My father in law was blown away as were the rest of the family with the traditional and homely taste of this delicious Peanut Brittle.
