Our famous Caramel Fudge is as authentic as fudge gets! We boil and stir quality Australian ingredients in a big copper pot then pour out the creamy caramel mixture onto a tray, once cooled we roller cut into slabs.

Sold in the marked slab format shown in the product images. Often cut up and consumed or resold in large pieces.

Disappointed

I have always bought Elle’s fudge from Tasmania so I was disappointed when I tried this one packaged and delivered fast but taste was not anything similar thanks anyway shane

Very nice size when separated into blocks,must limit yourself to 3 OR 4 blocks at a time. Flavour makes very hard to stop must have self control over your limits.When grankids visit place some on plate restrictions on allowances to take home.......
