A nostalgic treat made the Kellys way! We've taken our famous Peanut Brittle and added airy popcorn and coconut - the result is sweet, golden bites with a salty touch. First we select quality roasted peanuts and mix with sugar to create a sticky caramelised toffee mixture in a big copper pot. Popcorn and Coconut is then mixed into this liquid gold and spread out onto a tray by hand. Once cool we roller cut into the perfect sized squares. Made for lovers of light, crunchy treats - you won't be able to stop at one bite!
