Let me say it was a decent chunk of rocky road.
Texture awesome, great ratios, but the jelly needed more flavour to balance out the sweet, a real raspberry hit or something to amp it up in my opinion.

Bought a kilo of the dark chocolate and a kilo of the macadamia. I am sorry to say the we have demolished it all in under 3 weeks. It is that good.🤪

I recently ordered and received the 1kg Macadamia Rocky Road 1kg slab. I wasn't sure what I would do with so much to start with, but I have cut it into daily slithers and enjoy a little bit each day. Keeping well in a large Glad Ziplock bag.
